All actions performed by users on the RazorSafe™ are logged and can be searched.

Data Retention Policies

Retain email on disk or on tape as long as your company requires. In case of a litigation hold, any number of emails may be excluded from the data purges and included once again when legal processes are complete. Kaizen Ventures recommends AIT Worm (Write Once Read Many) tape for long term archiving and to meet the requirements of the SEC, NYSE, and NASD regulations that require emails and attachments to be preserved in a non-alterable, non-rewritable, non- erasable format such as AIT WORM media.
