Kaizen Ventures Technical Support
Kaizen Ventures provides technical support to eligible support contacts within the customer's organization. Standard support is available from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, with options for extended coverage available for additional fees. Customer eligible contacts (i.e., individuals authorized to call Technical support) are required to complete product training (where applicable) prior to being registered as a contact.
